Access and Use:Access and Use:

1. Access to the management software is via browser, as long as there is an internet connection.

2. The access address is [company name].opencloud.pro.

3. Access is subject to a login and password.​

Responsibilities:

1.Opencloud reserves the following responsibilities:

a) Keep access to the management software active.

b) Provide access with administration permissions.

c) Provide technical support to users via telephone, email or chat.

d) Ensure backup copies of the database, and make them available to the Customer whenever requested.

e) Guarantee data confidentiality.

f) Guarantee security in terms of access, which will be restricted to users defined by the Customer.

2. The following responsibilities are reserved for the Customer:

a) Pay monthly payments on time.

b) Guarantee the confidentiality of management software and data.

c) Guarantee the confidentiality of users when accessing the Database.

3.The fixed amount allows the customer to benefit from access to the certified billing module.

4.The customer may not make any changes to the installed solution without prior authorization from Opencloud.

5.Todo o código instalado é da propriedade da Opencloud, e não poderá ser replicado ou utilizado sem autorização da mesma.  

6. All tasks accepted by the client are considered completed or after 15 days of their implementation and without communication to the contrary from the client.

7. The contract is renewed annually and may undergo price updates upon approval by both parties.
